Savannah-Hope,
7 months, 3 weeks and 3 days ago the Lord lead me to your village in Malawi. I knew that day that the Lord had a special plan for your life. As I held your tiny body in my arms, I prayed the Lord would reveal His plan to us.
I remember the first phone call I had with your mommy, she already loved you so much and couldn't wait to hear all about you.
You were just a tiny peanut back then but we knew your impact on this world would be huge. You are a precious gift from the Lord and an answered prayer to your parents.
I love you sweet girl, and can't wait to hold you in my arms again next week.
Love,
"Aunt" Chrissie
Savannah-Hope,
You are a beautiful little girl who has already blessed the lives of so many people! You may be little but love for you has reached around the world! God loves you so much as do your mommy, daddy, family and many, many friends too! God created you for their family and He loves you very, very much!
It has been a treat to read the adventures you and mommy have already shared together. Today you are travelling home to meet the rest of your family. I know they're excited to meet you and will shower you with love!
I will continue to pray for you sweet Savannah-Hope. God loves you so much and I'm thankful that He allowed me to get to know you and mommy, even a little bit, through this wonderful invention, a blog!
May God bless you and keep you precious Savannah-Hope.
Love, Catherine (waiting for my daughter from China)
Oh sweet Savannah-Hope!!! God's fingerprints are all over your life and your story, a blessing to everyone who hears. I've never even met your mom, and have only met your Aunt Gwen a couple of times, but your life has already impacted mine and all of our neighbors who gather 'round to read your mama's blog. I can hardly wait to see what God will do through you because of all you've already experienced in your tiny little life.
Congratulations on your Forever Family day! Soon you will meet the rest of that beautiful family that is forever yours!
In Christ,
Sara Olson

Savannah-Hope,
I can't tell you the lessons that I have learned watching your mama's journey to come and get you. We saw the heartache and anxiety..and then the absolute extreme joy when Mama told us that she was FINALLY going to Malawi. I can't wait to see the pictures of you with your daddy, brothers, sisters and all of your extended family. Welcome to America, baby girl!!
Wow, Savannah- Hope, you have come a long ways to be with the family that God has planned for you to be with. In less than 10 minutes you will finally be in the arms of your forever daddy and brothers and sisters. I know that they have waited a long time to see you! I wish that I could had been there to see the most precious family reunion EVER! God has a special plan for your life. I have enjoyed following along on the blog as your mommy travel to get you and bring you home. I look forward to watching you grow up into a beautiful Christian young lady. To see where God will lead you and how you will impact other lives.
Jeremiah 29:11 say, For I know the plans I have for you, "declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you Hope and a Future.
Welcome Savannah-Hope to your forever family!

I cannot wait to see pictures of you with your family, your grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins.
God Bless you all of the days of your life and never forget that you are an amazing miracle and a true gift from God.
Dear Savannah-Hope,
As you grow and thrive in the family that God has chosen for you, always remember how much you are loved. The story of how you came to be a part of your precious family is one that has strengthened the faith of many people whom you will most likely never meet, but who are looking forward to seeing you safe in the midst of the family that has hoped and dreamed of you for so long. Be happy, sweet girl!
My Sweet Precious African Princess, I am so looking forward to hearing you say I love you Mimi for the 1st time. When I first saw you so long ago (It seems like forever ago) you were so small and fragile looking it just broke my heart for you to be so far away. As I prayed each day for you I could see Jesus so clearly in your face. He heard our prayers and as always was so faithful to protect you from all the terrible disease all around you. He allowed you to get stronger and healthier as our hearts grew to love you more and more and we waited to get you home to your forever family. When I hear all that you mommy has had to do to get you home to us I know that God has some mighty plans for your life. Your mommy is one super special lady. I just pray you will someday know what all she did to bring you home and how faithful she was to all of God’s plans to be able to join you with your forever family here in America.
I can’t wait to do some of the Mimi specials with you. I will give you Coke in your sippy cup. I will let you eat dessert first and then your meal if you still have room. I will let you stay up all night and watch TV when you spend the night. You can wear whatever you want even if it doesn’t match as long as it is clean. I will let you bathe in my big bathtub that makes bubbles when you turn it on. We will shop for the things you want, not what the parents say you need. I am into making memories so anytime we want to do something against the old folks we will call it a memory and they can’t say anything. I will wash your hair with good smelling stuff and blow it dry. I will let you wear my good lip gloss and my expense perfume. I am just so excited to be your Mimi. I want to share Jesus with you. I want to teach you to go on dates with Jesus at a young age he will be the best listener you will find. I can’t wait to kiss that sweet face and to tell you in person how much I love you and how proud I am to be your Mimi.
Love you Angel,
Mimi
Sweet Savannah-Hope,
You are a blessed little girl, and you are blessing the lives of your family just by loving them. "God made you special, and He loves you VERY much." is my favorite quote from Veggie Tales, and it is so true. You are a very special little girl, and He does love you...so VERY much!
May you grow in His grace and love every day.
Blessings-Andie

Miss Savannah Hope,
Welcome to America and your forever family. It seems like month ago when I first heard about how tiny and sick you were from Aunt Chrissie. Oh how you have grown in the last seven months into a strong beautiful baby. You are such a miracle and I know that the Lord has wonderful plans for your life.
It has been quite a journey that your Mama has gone through to get you home to America. A journey that could never have been made with out the hands of God.
Always remember that you are loved by so many, including people out here in San Diego.
We Love You,
The Nipper Family

Savannah-Hope,
I have been following your story since you were four months old. Your "Aunt" Chrissie and I attend Lighthouse Baptist Church together. I have met your foster mom, Thandie and your other big sister, Peace, when they visited our church last year. I am so happy that you will be arriving home this afternoon to meet your daddy and your brothers and sisters. I have been praying for you and I am so very happy that your journey with your whole family officially begins today. You are an amazing baby girl who has touched so many hearts. I hope you make it to visit California some day. Take care. Grow strong. Trust God always. In Christ's Service, Karen Ellis of Lighthouse Baptist Church in Lemon Grove, CA

Dear Savannah-Hope,
I have been following your journey the past few weeks and have been praying many prayers for you and your mother, and for your family awaiting the blessed event that is likely happening as I write this... your arrival home! You have already blessed this world more than you will ever know, as you have led so many of us to prayer. You have shown us by your sweet innocent life the perfect picture of how we all must embrace child-likeness and cling to our Heavenly Father as if our life depends on it. (Which it does!) I send my love and prayers to you today for abiding peace, great joy and always, love.
a sister in Christ,
nicole
Dear Savannah-Hope,
I have been following your journey for the past few weeks, thanks to a post on an adoption forum I visit frequently, telling us about your adoption. I have been praying for your mom and family too and am so happy that you are finally coming home to your forever family. I am also an adoptive mother. My little girl was born in China in December 2006.
She joined our forever family in October 2007. You are close to the same age. I will contiue to pray that your transition to your new home and family is an easy one.
Your family loves you so much!!! My heart is singing for you and your family!! Blessings to you all!!
Savannah-Hope you are a very lucky little girl! You will be loved like a Johnson and that is a lot of LOVE. You real mom and dad will take the best care of you. Happy Endings are a reality when you have a mom as determined as your's. Your parents will make everyday special for you, just ask your four siblings.
Dear sweet Savannah Hope, Your face is the sweetest there is, I don't even know you in person, but I have an abundant love for you. I have been blessed by you and your mommy's journey in ways that words could never describe. You are a blessing from God. May God always bless you as he already has, you are HIS princess. And may you always know just how much you have been loved all the way from the beginning, and may you always, always know how wanted you were. You have made so many lives complete by your presence.
