.........Sledge Hammer that is.
Okay family and friends its time to get out those sledge hammers and begin the race to see who gets to hold this sweet baby at the airport.
OUR TICKETS ARE BOOKED WE ARE COMING HOME!!! Thank you Jesus!
Savannah-Hope passed her security clearance! We were pretty sure she hadn't committed any crimes while at the orphanage, but those first four months of her life when she was four pounds and clinging to life were a question. We have to go to the Embassy tomorrow at 8am to pick up the visa and then we will head back to Blantyre. We will spend Thursday night at Brother Gentry's house and then we will leaving Malawi Friday afternoon. We will arrive in Tennessee at 1pm on Saturday afternoon.
My Nana's brother Everett died this morning. He was 99 years old. My Nana will be traveling to Alabama for his services on Friday. We will miss seeing her at the airport but will have lots of hugs and kisses ready for her when she returns. Please pray for my Nana and her sister Dot as they say good-bye to their last living brother.
Thank you for prayers throughout this journey....they have helped carry me through! Today was day 37. Only three more until I am home! Thank you Lord for allowing me to purchase my plane tickets today! I'm coming home! I'm coming home!
