Tonight as we were coming in from church the kids wanted to catch lighting bugs which we do every night it seems, then they decided to jump on the trampoline etc.etc Shane was actually home tonight and we were going to watch the OTH season finale so I am doing that mom thing you know where you round them up and start mechanically getting water cups and toothbrushes ready Ya know mom stuff..my sweet Zach says "Mom I saw a wishing star while I was jumping" to which I reply"cool" then he looks up at me with those blue eyes and says "know what I wished for you mom?" I said "what?" he said "a rose because you are the best mom in the whole world!" Man did that slow down my nighttime routine, as I look at my four angels again I proceed to thank God for each of them and am reminded by my six year old to stop and smell he roses!!
PS Zach lost another tooth yesterday!!
