So I worked 7p-7a last night and came home this morning loved the kids and went to bed! Well at noon I woke up because in my dream I was running to answer a call light and almost fell off the bed:) NICE So anyway my fantastic husband decided to take the kids out all day so I could sleep (once I woke up the house was so quiet I could not get back to sleep) each one got to pick a place so they started at McDonald's then took their picnic lunch to the park proceeded to the super man ice cream store only to finish off at the pet store where they picked out and brought home a fish named scooby doo!!! man they are so excited about their new pet, and it warms my heart that not only has God provided me with a job where I am getting good experience,but that Shane and the kids are doing so much bonding and catch up daddy time on the weekends! How blessed can a girl get now all we need is a few more to love!! Have a great weekend I am going to TRY and catch a short nap before returning to work at 7.

You worked two 12-hour shifts this weekend and still managed to post on the blog twice! You are amazing. I appreciate the updates so much. As soon as I saw the picture of the fish I remembered Shane had told me his plan of having the children pick out a new fish for the fish bowl, I couldn't remember last night when I was talking to you. I cannot believe there's still "drive-in" movies; I thought those were LONG GONE (obviously responding to your next post). Wish Shane a Happy Father's Day for me.
